Initiate Your Request
Log into your GREDDY CATALOG account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
